These terms are an agreement between you and Unlimitable LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Unlimitable", "we", "us"). They cover unlimitable.app, its pages, its members area, its alerts and everything else we offer under the Unlimitable name (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, signing in, or buying a membership, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Billing and Cancellation terms and our Responsible Gambling page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read section 21 (Disputes). It requires individual arbitration and waives class actions, unless you opt out within 30 days.
The short version
This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what count.
- Unlimitable is sports betting information. We do not take bets, hold your money or pay winnings.
- You must be 21 or older and in the United States.
- We never promise a win. Prices move, data can be wrong, and you can lose money betting.
- Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Whop. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Don't copy, resell or scrape our data, and don't share your account.
1. Who can use Unlimitable
To use the Service you must:
- be at least 21 years old;
- live in and be located in the United States;
- be able to form a binding contract; and
- not be barred from using the Service by law or by us.
Sports betting is legal only in some states, and the rules differ from state to state. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you are, including the laws on betting, on who may bet, and on where you may be when you bet. The board shows sportsbooks we believe are licensed in the state you choose. Choose the state you are actually in. We do not check your location or your age, and showing you a sportsbook is not a statement that you may legally bet there.
If you have excluded yourself from gambling (through a state program, a sportsbook, or any other way), we ask you not to use the Service. Tell us and we will cancel your membership and refund your most recent payment (see section 12).
2. What Unlimitable is, and what it is not
What it is. Unlimitable publishes sports betting analysis and tools. These include:
- fair prices: our estimate of a bet's no-vig price, built from the prices of several sportsbooks;
- the edge of a sportsbook's price against that fair price, after the per-bet fees of the state you choose;
- the board: bets that clear our bar, plus every other line with a fair price;
- the price check;
- alerts for new and moved bets and for injury news;
- the Strategy Lab and the Parlay Lab, including an AI assistant;
- Your record: your own saved bets and how they graded; and
- the public record of our picks.
The bet slip links you to sportsbooks so you can place a bet yourself, on their sites, under their rules.
What it is not. Unlimitable:
- is not a sportsbook, casino, exchange or other gambling operator;
- does not accept wagers, take deposits, hold funds, pay winnings or place bets for anyone;
- is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportsbook, prediction market, league or team;
- does not give financial, investment, tax, legal or gambling-addiction advice;
- does not offer, sell or broker event contracts, and is not a commodity trading advisor, introducing broker or futures commission merchant; and
- does not tell you what to bet. Every pick, edge, alert, fair price and Lab result is an opinion based on market prices and past data, published to everyone who receives it. None of it is tailored to your finances.
No guarantees. Betting carries real risk of loss. A positive edge is a long-run estimate, not a forecast of any single bet. Losing days, weeks and longer stretches happen even when the math is right. Past results, including our public record and any backtest, do not predict future results. We make no promise of profit, and anyone who says otherwise on our behalf is wrong.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Whop account ("Sign in with Whop"). Whop runs that sign-in, and your Whop account is governed by Whop's own terms and privacy policy. We receive what Whop shares with us (see our Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for keeping your Whop account secure and for everything done through it. A membership is for one person. Do not share your sign-in, your membership or members-only content with anyone else. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at [email protected].
4. Memberships, billing and cancellation
Paid memberships are sold and billed through Whop. The full rules are in our Billing and Cancellation terms, which are part of these terms. In short:
- Plans: Founding ($29 a month, for the first 25 members), Monthly ($49 a month) and Annual ($399 a year). Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Automatic renewal: your membership renews and you are charged at the start of each new period (every 30 days for monthly plans, every 365 days for Annual) until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in your Whop account, or ask us to cancel for you. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds follow the Billing and Cancellation terms.
- Founding price lock: the Founding price does not go up for as long as your Founding membership stays active without a break.
5. Free features and testing
Some parts of the Service are free, such as the free price check and, while we are testing, the public board. Free features can change, be limited (for example, a number of searches a minute) or end at any time. Features marked as testing or beta may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may be wrong more often than finished features.
6. Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape, crawl, download in bulk or harvest the Service or its data, by hand or with bots, scripts or other automated tools (ordinary use in a web browser is fine);
- resell, republish, redistribute, license or commercially use our data, prices, picks, fair prices or Lab output. This includes offering them through your own app, feed, API, file or channel. Several of our data suppliers forbid redistribution, and so do we;
- post or share members-only content in public or with people who are not members;
- use the Service or its data to build or train a competing product, dataset or AI model;
- get around our limits, security or access controls, such as rate limits, daily caps, the members check or your own responsible gambling limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile or probe the Service, except where the law allows it despite this term;
- use the Service to break any law or any sportsbook's or venue's rules. That includes betting where you may not, betting while underage, sharing sportsbook accounts, or hiding or faking your location;
- misstate our results or present our content as your own; or
- interfere with the Service or other people's use of it.
We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
7. Your content
Your content is what you put into the Service: your saved bets, the price, book and stake you enter, your limits and settings, your Strategy Lab systems and their names, and what you type to the Lab assistant.
You own your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display it as needed to run the Service for you, to grade your bets, to keep your record, to improve the Service, and as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not publish your saved bets or Lab conversations. You can download your saved bets at any time (Your record, Export).
Do not enter other people's personal information, account numbers, passwords or anything you would not want stored.
8. The public record and how picks are graded
We publish a record of our picks so you can judge us on results, not claims.
- Posting: each pick is timestamped when it is posted, with the book, the price, the fair price and the stake in units. One unit is 1% of a notional bankroll, not a recommendation for your bankroll.
- Grading: picks are graded from final scores and official box scores after the game.
- A pick whose player does not play, or whose game is cancelled, is graded void.
- Where automatic grading cannot decide a result, we grade it by hand from the official result.
- Closing line value: where we have closing prices, we also show whether our price beat the market's closing price.
- Nothing is deleted: losing picks stay on the record. If we find a grading error, we correct the grade. We do not remove the pick.
- Hypothetical results: Strategy Lab backtests and presets are hypothetical performance, a replay of past prices that nobody bet. They are labeled as hypothetical and are not part of the public record of picks.
- Your own record (Your record) is graded the same way from the bets you save. It shows only what you entered and how those bets graded. It is not a record of what you actually bet at any sportsbook.
9. Data, prices and accuracy
Prices, lines, injury news and statistics come from third-party feeds, including The Odds API, licensed league data providers and official league injury reports. Books change prices constantly. Every price we show can be delayed, stale, incomplete or wrong, and so can our fair prices, edges, fee estimates, state availability and grades.
Always check the price, the line, the fees and the rules on the sportsbook's own site before you bet. The book's price and its house rules are what count, not ours. We are not responsible for any loss from a price, line, fee, availability or grade that turned out to be wrong, late or no longer available.
10. The Strategy Lab, the Parlay Lab and the AI assistant
The Lab's assistant is an AI model (currently Claude, made by Anthropic). It turns your description into rules the Lab can test, and it asks multiple-choice questions based on our data. Its answers can be wrong, incomplete or misleading even when they sound confident.
The numbers in a Lab result come from our replay of past data, not from the assistant. They are still hypothetical: a backtest of rules on past prices, not bets anyone placed.
Nothing the assistant or the Lab produces is advice or a promise. Check every rule card before you rely on it. The assistant will not help you try to win back losses. When a message reads that way, it points you to help instead.
We limit how much the assistant can be used each day, and we may change those limits.
11. Alerts and notifications
Alerts on the board and push notifications to your device are optional. You can turn them off on your device at any time. They can be late, missing, duplicated or wrong, and the price in an alert may be gone by the time you see it. No push notifications are sent during quiet hours (11 pm to 8 am Central). Do not rely on alerts as your only source of information.
12. Responsible gambling
We build limits into the product: a bankroll, a maximum stake per bet, a daily loss limit, and breaks of 1, 7 or 30 days that cannot be ended early. These limits control what you can save in Unlimitable. They do not stop you from betting at a sportsbook. Use the sportsbooks' own limit and self-exclusion tools too.
If gambling is hurting you or someone close to you, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). If you tell us gambling is causing you harm, we will cancel your membership and refund your most recent payment. See our Responsible Gambling page.
13. Third-party sites, sportsbooks and prediction markets
The Service links to and names third parties: sportsbooks, prediction markets, Whop and others. We do not control them. Their sites, prices, rules, settlement, limits and terms are their own. We are not responsible for them, for anything they do or fail to do, or for any bet, trade, account or dispute you have with them.
Prediction markets. Where we show prices from prediction markets or exchanges (such as Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig or ProphetX), they are shown only to compare prices, and only where we believe the venue is available in your state.
- Those venues offer event contracts regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the law around them is changing.
- An event contract is not a sportsbook bet. It settles under the venue's own rules, which can differ from a sportsbook's (for example, when a player does not play).
- We do not offer, sell, recommend or broker event contracts.
- We may stop showing any venue at any time.
Affiliate links. If we ever earn a commission when you sign up at a sportsbook or venue through our link, we will say so next to the link.
14. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, text, fair prices, models, picks, record and the Unlimitable name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, under these terms. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.
Other people's marks. Sportsbook, prediction market, league and team names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify where a price was offered or which team a line is about. Their use does not mean any owner endorses or is affiliated with us.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
15. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Unlimitable LLC, [email protected] (subject line "DMCA notice").
Your notice must include:
- your signature;
- the work you say is infringed;
- the material and where it is on the Service;
- your contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
We may remove material and end the accounts of repeat infringers.
16. Partner program
Partners who refer members are covered by our separate Partner Program Terms.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PICK, PRICE, EDGE, ALERT, GRADE OR LAB RESULT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT OR PROFITABLE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BETS AND THEIR RESULTS. Some states do not allow some of these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BETTING OR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; and
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) US $100.
These limits apply to every legal theory and are part of the bargain between us. They do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct where those rules apply.
19. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Unlimitable LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, your bets, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights. We will tell you about any such claim and may take control of the defense at our own cost.
20. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, if we believe your use creates risk for others or for us, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end a paid membership without cause, or stop offering the Service, we will refund the unused part of any period you prepaid. If we end it because you broke these terms, we do not owe a refund unless the law requires one. Sections 2, 6 to 9, 13, 14 and 17 to 24 survive termination.
21. Disputes
- Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, email [email protected] with your name, the email on your Whop account, a description of the dispute and what you want. We will try to resolve it within 60 days. We will do the same before we bring a claim against you.
- Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute about the Service or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. The American Arbitration Association will run it under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
- Hearings may be held by video or phone, or in the county where you live.
- We will pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees that the provider's consumer rules assign to the business.
- Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
- Class action waiver. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person.
- Mass filings. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by the same or coordinated counsel, they will be handled in batches under the provider's mass arbitration procedures, and the statute of limitations is paused while they wait.
- Jury waiver. You and we both waive any right to a jury trial.
- 30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Email [email protected] with your name, the email on your Whop account and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect anything else in these terms.
- Severability. If the class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not to class arbitration. Any claim for public injunctive relief will be decided in court after the individual arbitration ends.
- Courts for claims that are not arbitrated. Any claim that is not subject to arbitration under this section, including a small claims case, a claim about intellectual property, a claim for public injunctive relief, and any claim an arbitrator cannot decide, will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
22. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and, for section 21, by the Federal Arbitration Act. Where the law of your state gives you consumer protections that cannot be waived, those still apply.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by a notice on the site or in the members area and, where we can, through Whop. Changes to prices follow the Billing and Cancellation terms. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you don't agree, cancel before then. A change to section 21 will not apply to a dispute we already knew about.
24. General
- Whole agreement. These terms, and the documents they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
- Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages at our suppliers or data sources.
- Electronic notices. You agree to receive notices electronically.
- California users. The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs can be reached in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
