Partner Program Terms

These terms are an agreement between you (the "partner") and Unlimitable LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Unlimitable", "we", "us"). They cover referring members to Unlimitable. By joining the program you agree to them.

1. How the program works

• Your link. You join as a partner on Whop, the platform that runs our checkout. Whop gives you a referral link and a dashboard.
• Tracking and payment. Whop tracks every member who joins through your link, under Whop's own tracking rules, and pays your commission on Whop's payout schedule.
• Whop's terms apply too. Whop's Earnings Terms and its other terms also cover your partner account. If they conflict with these terms on tracking or payouts, Whop's terms decide how Whop tracks and pays. These terms decide how you may promote Unlimitable.
• Who can join. You do not need to be a member. You must be 21 or older and live in the United States.

2. What you earn

• 30% recurring. You earn 30% of each membership payment made by a member you referred, for as long as that member keeps paying.
• How it's counted. Commission is calculated on the amount the member paid, before tax. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud reduce it. Whop may hold, adjust or claw back commission for refunded, disputed or fraudulent payments.

At today's prices, 30% of one member's payment is:

No guaranteed earnings. These figures are the commission on one member. They are not a prediction of what you will earn, which depends entirely on who joins through your link and how long they stay. We guarantee no number of referrals and no income.

What isn't paid:

• a referral of yourself, or of anyone in your household;
• a member who was already a member, or who joined without your link; and
• any payment you earned by breaking these terms.

Changes to the rate. We may change the commission rate or plan prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a lower rate applies. A change affects only payments made after it takes effect.

3. The rules

These rules protect your audience and our name. Breaking them ends the partnership, and commission earned through a violation is not paid.

1. Never promise wins.

• No "locks", "guaranteed", "sure thing", "can't lose", "risk free" or "free money".
• No income or profit claims, and no screenshots of winning slips presented as typical.
• Edges are long-run math, and losing days happen.

2. Use real numbers only.

• Quote results only from our public record, exactly as it stands when you post.
• Name the period and the record (wins, losses, units).
• Never quote a backtest or Strategy Lab result as a real result. If you mention one, call it "hypothetical".
• Never claim your own results are typical.

3. Disclose every time.

• Mark every post, video, email and message that mentions Unlimitable as #ad or "paid partner", at the start, where it can't be missed.
• In video, say it out loud and show it on screen. In a livestream, repeat it.
• "Affiliate link" alone is not enough. Say that you earn money when people join.

4. Include the responsible-gambling line.

• Every post carries 21+ and "Gambling problem? Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET."

5. Adults in legal states only.

• Promote only to people 21 or older, and only where sports betting is legal.
• Do not post where you can't reasonably expect at least 73.6% of your audience to be 21 or older.
• Never target college campuses, students, or anyone under 21.
• Never use people who are, or look, under 21.
• Never target people who have self-excluded or who are trying to stop gambling.

6. No implied endorsements.

• Do not say or suggest that any sportsbook, prediction market, league, team or player endorses, sponsors or partners with Unlimitable or with you.
• Do not use sportsbook, league or team logos to promote us.
• Do not say Unlimitable takes bets, or that it is a sportsbook.

7. No spam.

• No unsolicited emails, texts, direct messages or comment spam.
• Send email only to people who opted in, and follow CAN-SPAM.
• Never text anyone without their prior written consent (TCPA).
• No fake accounts, bots or bought followers.

8. No brand bidding.

• Do not bid on "Unlimitable" or similar terms in search ads.
• Do not register domains, handles or pages that use our name.
• Do not run ads that look like they come from us.

9. No fake reviews.

• Do not post or buy reviews, ratings or testimonials that are fake, AI-generated or don't disclose your relationship with us.
• Do not offer anything in exchange for a review.

10. Follow the law and the platforms.

• Follow the FTC's Endorsement Guides and Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule.
• Follow state gambling-advertising rules where your audience is, and each platform's rules for gambling content and ads.

11. No cookie stuffing or tricks.

• Do not force or hide your link.
• Do not use pop-unders, coupon sites or incentivized clicks without our written approval.

Review and takedowns. We may review what you post about us. If we ask, you will correct or take down a post within 24 hours. We may also ask Whop to stop tracking your link.

4. Our brand

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Unlimitable name and the brand assets we provide, only to promote Unlimitable under these terms. Do not change our logo or create your own versions. The license ends when the partnership ends.

5. Sportsbook and other affiliate work

These terms cover only referrals to Unlimitable memberships. If you also promote sportsbooks, prediction markets or other gambling operators, that work is between you and them. You are responsible for any affiliate or vendor licenses it needs (several states license sportsbook affiliates), and you must keep it separate from your Unlimitable posts. Do not imply that Unlimitable endorses any sportsbook you promote.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes on your commission. Whop may ask you for tax information (such as a Form W-9) and may issue tax forms for your payouts. We do not withhold taxes for you.

7. Ending the partnership

• Either side may end it. You or we may end the partnership at any time, for any reason, by notice (email is enough).
• We may end it immediately if you break these terms, the law or Whop's terms, or if your content could harm our members or our name.
• Commission at the end. Commission you earned properly before the end is paid on Whop's schedule and under its terms, after any holds or clawbacks for refunds and chargebacks. Commission earned through a violation is forfeited.
• Recurring commission stops. When the partnership ends, recurring commission stops.
• Remove our name. You must stop using our name and links within 7 days.

8. Relationship

• Independent. You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent, partner in a legal sense, or joint venturer.
• No authority. You cannot make promises, sign agreements or speak for us.
• Your costs. You pay your own costs.

9. Responsibility

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own content. You agree to defend and indemnify Unlimitable LLC against claims arising from:

• your posts and promotions;
• your breach of these terms; and
• your breach of any law, including advertising, endorsement, gambling-advertising, spam and privacy laws.

Our limits. To the fullest extent the law allows:

• the program is provided "as is";
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for Whop's tracking or payment errors; and
• our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid to you in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Changes, law and disputes

• Changes. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email or on the partners page. If you keep promoting us after that, you accept the new terms.
• Law and disputes. These terms are governed by Illinois law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.
