These terms explain how Unlimitable memberships are billed, how they renew, how to cancel, and when we give refunds. They are part of our Terms of Service. "We" means Unlimitable LLC.
Who bills you
Memberships are sold through Whop, which runs our checkout and billing. Your payment details go to Whop and its payment processors, never to us. Your receipt, payment method and billing history are in your Whop account. Whop's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
The plans
| Plan | Price | Charged | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founding | $29 | Every 30 days | First 25 members only. Price locked while you stay a member (see below). |
| Monthly | $49 | Every 30 days | |
| Annual | $399 | Every 365 days |
- Currency and tax. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- What every plan includes. Every plan includes the members features described on our pricing page at the time. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something central to the plan you bought, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.
Automatic renewal
Every plan renews automatically until you cancel. Here is how it works:
- First charge. You are charged the plan's price, plus any tax, on the day you join.
- Renewals. After that, you are charged again at the start of each new period: every 30 days for Founding and Monthly, every 365 days for Annual. Each charge uses the payment method in your Whop account. Renewal is counted from the day you joined.
- Reminders. For the Annual plan, we will send a reminder about 30 days before each renewal. It will state the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. For monthly plans, we will send a reminder of your membership's terms at least once a year.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Whop may retry it. Your access may pause until the payment goes through. If it is not fixed, your membership ends.
How to cancel
Cancel any time, in either of these ways:
- In Whop: sign in at whop.com, open your Profile, then Orders, choose your Unlimitable membership and select Cancel membership. In the Whop app, go to Profile, then Manage Orders. Whop emails you a confirmation.
- By email: write to [email protected] from the email on your Whop account, or include your Whop username, and say you want to cancel. We will cancel it within 1 business day and confirm by email.
There is no cancellation fee. We do not make you talk to anyone or take an offer before you can cancel.
What happens when you cancel
- Charges and access. No further charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your membership ends.
- Your data stays. Your saved bets, record and Lab systems are kept as our Privacy Policy describes, so they are there if you come back. You can download your saved bets at any time from Your record, or ask us to delete your data.
- The Founding price. A Founding member's price lock ends when the membership ends (see below).
- Annual. Turning off renewal on the Annual plan works the same way. You keep access for the rest of your 12 months, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
- Mistakes are always refunded. If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the mistaken charge in full.
- If gambling is hurting you. Tell us and we will cancel your membership and refund your most recent payment, whatever the plan.
- Annual plan: 14 days. If you ask within 14 days after any Annual charge, first purchase or renewal, we refund that charge in full.
- Monthly plans. Founding and Monthly payments are not refunded once their period has started. Cancelling stops the next charge.
- If we end the Service or your membership without cause, we refund the unused part of any period you prepaid.
- Where the law requires a refund, we give it.
How to ask. Email [email protected] with your Whop username or the email on your Whop account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop. When the money arrives depends on your bank.
Before you file a chargeback, please email us. We can usually fix a billing problem faster than your bank can. While a chargeback is open, we may pause your membership.
The Founding price lock
- Who. The Founding plan is offered to the first 25 members only. When those spots are taken, it is no longer sold.
- What is locked. As long as your Founding membership stays active without a break, its price does not go up from $29 every 30 days. Tax is not part of the lock and follows the law.
- When the lock ends:
- your membership ends because you cancelled and the paid period ran out;
- a renewal payment fails and is not fixed, so the membership ends; or
- we end your membership because you broke our Terms of Service.
- Coming back. If you come back later, you join at the price of the plan you choose then. A Founding spot that ends is not reopened.
- It is personal. The Founding membership cannot be transferred or shared.
- If we stop offering the Service, your membership ends and you are not charged again. You are refunded for any unused time.
Price changes
We may change the price of the Monthly or Annual plan. We never raise the price of an active Founding membership.
Before a price change applies to your membership, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead. The notice will give:
- the new price;
- the date of the first charge at the new price; and
- how to cancel.
If you don't want the new price, cancel before that charge. For the Annual plan, a new price applies only from your next renewal.
